I was able to setup a VPN with ipvanish (which I already had). Then went to redeem.microsoft.com on WIN10 and entered the key even though it said my account was from NL. It accepted.
I am playing the game right now and got all dlc up until now.
I dont know if the code can be canceled due to a CC charge back by the seller (like in account sharing) but I think its allright.
Would buy again.
