The automatically provided account was locked and therefore unusable, unfortunately. Contacted the seller and received replacements: the 1st one was still locked but the 2nd worked properly. Very good service so far I would say.
(P.S. For some reason I cannot use a custom client software and I use the Chrome browser extension for NordVPN.)
