Мошенник. API деактивируются после $5. В моем случае было потрачено 5$, дальше аккаунт уперся в quota limit
Описание товара не соответствует действительности, там сказано, что вы получаете аккаунт с 120$, но воспользоваться кредитами вы не сможете, у других продавцов всё работает исправно!
