You just need to open the wake pattern in any HTML-editor (for example - Notepad) and make the appropriate changes. Even if you do not know web programming - you will not be difficult to make a description of the site. The development used: html, javaScript and stylesheets. So you can put your website on any free or paid hosting, where there is no support script (php, cgi, perl, mysql).
