2.1. The concept of corporate law


Corporate is a comprehensive legal industry, regulating a special kind of relations based on the principles and methods of civil law, based on international treaties, laws and regulations that exist in the Russian Federation, local corporations, the regulatory framework, business practices and business habit of performing specific functions.

The special role of corporate law - the relationship between the state (public-private-or), and corporate regulation.

The peculiarity of corporate law - inseparably linked with civil law, but the special relationship, functions and sources of law make it a new branch of law are isolated.

Corporate law can be represented as a set of civil law, as well as local corporate rules governing corporate relations with the mandatory requirements of civil law, the specificity of the organizational forms of corporate relations, specific features of the corporate association.
