"E5 Brigade: The New Alliance" is a tactical game set in the small tropical state of Palinero. There has been a coup d´etat in the country, and it is on the verge of civil war. The main character of the game will have to form his own special forces unit from mercenaries and find himself in the very center of events taking place in Palinero. The concept of the game is based on an original system called SPM (Smart Pause Mode). It successfully combines the advantages of hiking games and real-time games. An important distinguishing feature of the E5 Brigade is that the game does not use abstract action points. Instead, depending on the parameters of the characters, different amounts of time are spent on performing the same action. As a result, the behavior of the fighters controlled by the player and the computer becomes more natural and interesting to manage. The main task of the main character, whom the player can choose from several male and female prototypes, is to survive. The E5 Brigade will feature three main storylines. You can play for any of the warring parties (there is also a transition to the enemy´s side) or "for yourself", according to your own rules, without orders from employers. The game also has the ability to design new actions. The player can create a chain of orders, which, if certain conditions are met, will be executed automatically by the fighters. Such scripts will make it easier to manage squad members. Serious attention in the game is paid to equipment and inventory — an arsenal of weapons and ammunition will satisfy the most demanding players. The arsenal of the E5 Brigade will include more than 100 models of small arms, dozens of types of cartridges and grenades, several variants of backpacks, as well as body armor and other personal protective equipment. The player will also have the opportunity to modify the fighters´ weapons using additional modules (optical sights, grenade launchers, bayonets, high-capacity magazines, etc.).
