But a new era is coming: a golden age for smugglers, black markets, illegal manufacturing and organized crime. This is where your story begins. You are new to the city at the dawn of prohibition, you have ambitions and a desire to succeed. Behind the numerous facades of the city, improvised distilleries, secret loading docks, and night underground bars are being built.
