The Reckoning DLC

In the first official expansion for Quake II, you play as a member of an elite landing force tasked with infiltrating a Strogg base. You´ll traverse industrial zones, drains and ventilation shafts, battle ferocious mutants in dangerous canyons, and sneak onto an alien ship to destroy the enemy´s secret lunar base.
Ground Zero Add-on

In the second expansion for Quake II, you, miraculously surviving, land on Stroggos and establish contact with the fleet. The enemy has launched a gravity well, the newest weapon in the war against humanity. The fleet is trapped in orbit of Stroggos, and your squad is almost completely destroyed. You receive a new order: free your comrades and destroy the gravity well.
New Call of the Machine expansion

The new expansion for Quake II from MachineGames includes 28 campaign levels and one Deathmatch map.
