Возникла проблема, что получил аккаунт, на котором уже играл другой человек, покупку сделал 15 апреля, сразу плохой отзыв ставить не стал, решил написать продавцу, как итог, сообщения раз в день со словами "пришлите скрины что вас выкидывает", прислал скрины что на аккаунте активность (28часов за неделю, и список матчей), и объяснил, что нет возможности зайти, когда другой человек играет в игру. (Т.е. я потратил деньги, и не могу воспользоваться товаром)
При этом продавец сам может в этом убедиться. (Зачем мне как покупателю, который заинтересован в товаре, врать что с ним проблема, где логика)
Понятное дело, никакого возврата, смены не было.
Заменили, когда уже ненужно, спасибо

Аккаунт с вак баном в дота 2 в первую покупку попался, заменили дали рабочий, всё чётко
