*Canon ST v5.610 can be used when printer is put in Service Mode only. That is why, first of all test to put printer in Service Mode. If the service mode of the printer is corrupted - which program does not already reset the absorber, in other word the printer has damaged EEPROM and it must be reprogrammed by hardware resetter. In this case you need firstly to fix these issues, including fixing Service Mode corruption issues (like above). After solving these, you can buy this utility program.
*THIS DOESN’T WORK IF IT HAS TREATED WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS (ST 5510, ST 5402, ST 5306, ST 5204, ST 5103, ST 4905, etc. like this in a decreasing direction), DAMAGED EEPROM, that is why can’t enter to the service mode. So it indicates orange led or one of these errors: 002, 005, 006, 009, 5400, B203 or B204. In those cases there is no refund.
