2021 A global ecological catastrophe plunged the world into chaos and put humanity on the brink of extinction. Only a few managed to take refuge in underground bunkers, the last bastions of humanity. 150 years later, people are returning to the top... under your leadership! In an extremely aggressive environment, among radiation and toxic rains, in an unfriendly climate, you have to prove what you stand as a leader.
Build a settlement of 70 different types of buildings in adverse conditions on the surface of the planet and take care of the men, women and children who trust you.
Collect resources, process them and manage the economy with an efficient network of streets and storage.
Challenge yourself in a changing realistic environment! Each cell on the surface has its own level of humidity and radiation.
Learn to survive in a world full of threats: contaminated soil, droughts, poisonous rains, sandstorms and raiders.
Send expeditions to forgotten places and make important decisions that affect the fate of your fellow citizens.

The world we knew is no more. Build a new home for a handful of survivors! More than 50 types of buildings are at your disposal. Give your people a roof over their heads, food, water, train them, do everything so that they survive, and do not let them lose the will to live.
The leader of the settlement will have to coordinate the work and assign professions and tasks to people. Let them collect and process resources, and you provide them with an efficient infrastructure - with streets, storage facilities and markets - and regulate the economy.
Every land tile in the game has varying levels of humidity and radiation. Watch the clouds pour over the soil, or prepare for a constant fight against toxic rains that threaten to bring destructive radiation to your lands.
