Карта пришла на почту через пару минут.
Я пытался сделать покупку с новой картой через программный клиент Steam как я это делал всегда. Но столкнулся с проблемой - Steam просто не давал ввести данные новой карты, хотя валюту магазина уже поменял на тенге (что говорит о том, что включенный vpn - рабочий, а при выключении vpn - программный клиент Steam уже не меняет валюту).
А потом я попробовал зайти в Steam через браузер - и у меня получилось последовать алгоритму, описанному продавцом, и ввести данные карты, а покупка (в моём случае за 72 тенге игры Vojo по скидке) прошла успешно, что подтверждает функциональность купленной карты.
(!) Поэтому лучше вообще не заходить в программный клиент Steam, а с проверенным vpn зайти через браузер в Steam, и купить там.
(!) Через 4 суток проверил - успешно пополнил баланс (через QIWI) и купил пару игр уже за новую валюту. Всё работает.
