It is not only the issue of implementing an effective anti-corruption policy that is important for Russia, but also the implementation of this policy for the constituent entities of the Federation. The Republic of Crimea is one of Russia´s strategic regions where anti-corruption legislation is being developed and therefore it is necessary to assess the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy, including in terms of public opinion.
