The action takes place after the end of Dishonored 2. Billy Lerk returns to Carnac to reunite with his mentor, the legendary assassin Daoud. Together they will explore the dark underbelly of the city in order to obtain artifacts to kill the source of chaos in the Empire - the Alien. History will tell more about the past of the Alien and the reason for its existence.

Using Billy´s new supernatural powers, you have to penetrate the underground fight clubs and warlock sects, uncover the forgotten secrets of Karnak and commit a daring robbery of the bank, fight the ruthless sisters of the Order of the Oracles, the new watchmakers, the immortal Seers, and the obsessive Strange Eyed Gang. In addition, the game will have the original game plus (OI +) ´mode, allowing you to play with all the abilities from Dishonored 2. Another feature of the game will be the addition of contracts during missions that Billy can take to find and eliminate unnecessary goals.
