This card can be recharged only USA account PSN!
Actions to activate the card c computer:
1. Go to
http://store.playstation.com (account as a gift to be in North America required)
If your account is registered to another country - just create a new account in North America.
2. Log into your account (or create a new one if not more)
3. Select the "Account Managment"
4. Enter the "Transaction Managment" and select the Playstation Network Card or Promote Code
5. The voucher code is case-sensitive input as it is displayed
